Terms for Submitting Term of Payment
It’s important to note that term of payment apply to customers with the following conditions:
Customers are registered as Business Accounts.
The company is domiciled on the islands of Java, Bali, Sumatra, the Riau Islands, and Kalimantan.
Fill out the form using valid data, including your signature and company stamp.
Complete the Term of Payment Application Form below.
Attach the required documents: – Term of Payment Registration Form – NPWP – NIB / TDP / SIUP – VAT Centralization Letter (if applicable)
And, click the Submit Application button.
The term of payment application process takes 3 business days from the date we receive all complete documents. Mnet.id will verify the term of payment application and reserves the right to reject it in accordance with company policy.
